If you wish to seek a review of a decision we have made about an application, you need to do so in writing within 6 months of the determination date. With your submission you will need to include new information such as an arborist or engineer's report to support your appeal application.
Fees for an appeal are 50% of the original tree pruning/removal application fee. Payment can be at the Customer Service Centre at 2–14 Fisher Street or via the attached Credit Card Payment Form. Payment must be made at the same time of lodgement of the appeal.
We recommend lodging your review application as soon as possible to facilitate the statutory timeframe of 6 months from determination date. Alternatively, you can lodge your appeal with the NSW Land and Environment Court within 6 months of receiving the determination.
